About me

Get I.T. Dunn is the trading name of Leum Dunn, a Norwich based, I.T. technician who provides expert computer support and training to private individuals, small businesses and charities in the Norwich and Norfolk area.

Leum has been professionally involved in I.T since leaving University in 1999. He has worked in various retail outlets, call centres and businesses advising on, designing, testing and selling computer systems to public and private sectors alike.

Get I.T. Dunn tries to focus on domestic customers and small businesses who cannot normally afford their own 'in-house' technical support staff, specialising in computer systems and small networks running Microsoft operating systems.

Leum also teaches basic I.T. skills and computer maintenance classes to the public, small companies and educational establishments such as school INSET courses (teacher training days).

Leum lives with his partner Louise, and a veritable menagerie of creatures in a house that is rapidly becoming too small!

In his spare time he writes childrens stories and plays games he's probably too old for.

Leum has terrible taste in music (apparently).

On a personal note:

"Computers have been my passion for most of my adult life and whilst there is rarely a problem I can't find or fix, I do acknowledge that I.T. is not easy. You will find that I treat people with respect and patience and if you choose to use any of my services I hope you will find that I am doing my best to prioritise customer satisfaction and service. I find that all too often people are encouraged to throw out and buy new equipment when rarely required. Where possible and if appropriate, I will re-task existing equipment to save you money!"
