Disk Cleaner/Junk file remover

Currently I recommend 'nCleaner' to home users and businesses alike. nCleaner is a free Windows system cleaner with various additional tweaks and functions available. It can be intimidating at first due to it's use of non standard buttons but the default settings are solid and it has never deleted something I wish it hadn't in either Windows XP or Vista. I'm not sure that the majority of home users really need to make use of the 'Tweak' or 'Startup Man' sections and so my recommendation stands solely on the basis of the 'Clean System' section which is excellent.
