Email Client (business use)

Currently I recommend 'Google Mail' to business users. Google Mail provides numerous configuration options that allow you to access multiple email accounts on the move (from you laptop or mobile phone) and works well with other Google applications, many of which my business customers now use. The combined use of Google Mail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Chat (and/or Google Voice) makes for a very powerful collaborative work environment.

I would like to point out that use of this product does make the contents of your email communications subject to US law because your emails will be stored on servers owned by an American company - please read the associated terms and conditions before use (this is not unusual but many people raise it as a privacy concern).

Google Mail is free web-based software (internet access required).
